Shipping and Delivery

We use a variety of suppliers located all over the world. Delivery times vary based on the supplier location and your location.

Delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks (please check the product description for more information). If you ordered multiple products, those items may arrive in separate packages, if the items are from multiple different source locations.

Please consider holidays, customs/clearance might also impact delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once you receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking details, it means your item is on its way. You would be able to track your order here. 

Please take note that our delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Majority of orders will be delivered within the given timeframe, but there may be orders that may take a bit longer to arrive.  If it’s been over a week since you placed your order, please reach out directly to us at hello@upyourway.today.
